Prominently visible from the main road, Qurain Markets is a hub of heavy activity. Hosting different governmental institutions and buildings, the area attracts a wide range of visitors and employees who attend to their daily responsibilities. Qurain Markets is currently home to the Ministry of Interior, Mubarak Al Kabeer Municipality (Baladiya), and the Ministry of Labor, to name a few. In the evenings, a shift in the activities attracts a different crowd of shoppers, from families to young teenagers running their routine grocery shopping, getting their daily caffeine for shopping for their everyday household goods and services.
